The Need
Cellarco needed an automated AI chatbot capable of understanding user queries and providing responses based on the available products and offers within the application. With multiple platforms, including Leaf and Kiva, the challenge was to ensure that the chatbot delivered accurate, brand-specific responses. Additionally, the chatbot had to be able to handle queries and forward them to brand representatives when the information wasn’t available.
