With growing demand for faster & smarter hiring, organizations struggled to move beyond outdated methods like manual screenings and intuition-based interviews. The lack of structured, scalable tools often led to poor candidate-role fit, longer hiring cycles and operational inefficiencies. Observing these recurring pain points across industries, Codiant undertook a strategic initiative to solve the problem at its root. By deeply analyzing hiring workflows, skill-gap challenges and recruiters’ pain areas, Codiant laid the foundation for a transformative platform – Hiregroww – designed to streamline talent assessments, reduce bias and enable intelligent, data-driven hiring at scale.
